JUDGMENT

The claim against the fourth Respondent ‘The Co-Operative Group’ is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 12 April 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim against the fourth Respondent ‘the Co-Operative Group’ should not be struck out, as they do not appear to have been the employer of any of the claimants at the relevant times.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim against the fourth Respondent ‘the Co-Operative Group’ therefore struck out. _____________________________ Employment Judge Roper Dated: 8 May 2019 Case No. 1400694/2019 1 EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS BETWEEN Claimant AND Respondent Miss Michelle Grant Barnstaple Stores Limited[1]The claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment of £3,854.25 (13.5 weeks x £285.50 gross per week); and[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract succeeds in respect of her statutory notice period and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant 12 weeks’ notice pay in the sum of £3,426.00; and[3]The claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant two weeks’ pay in the gross sum of £571.00; and[4]The claimant’s claim for accrued but unpaid holiday pay succeeds and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant four weeks’ pay in the gross sum of £1,142.00.
