The judgment of the tribunal is that:- The claimant’s claims of : i) Direct disability discrimination contrary to s13 Equality Act 2010; ii) Discrimination arising from disability contrary to s15 Equality Act 2010; iii) The failure to make reasonable adjustments contrary to s20/21 Equality Act 2010. are not well founded and are dismissed.
