JUDGMENT

ON RECONSIDERATION By consent, having considered the claimant’s letter dated 21 February 2017 and the respondent’s letters dated 21 and 27 February 2017,[1]The Judgment made on 26 August 2016 and sent to the parties on 1 September 2016 is revoked.[2]The respondent is granted an extension of time to present its response, which is now accepted and the respondent is permitted to resist the claims.[3]The reconsideration hearing listed on 3 March 2017 is vacated.[4]The claimant’s arrears of pay, accrued holiday pay, notice pay and unpaid expenses claims are dismissed upon withdrawal by him.[5]The claimant’s unfair dismissal and redundancy payment claims will be re-listed for hearing before an Employment Judge sitting alone at Southampton Employment Tribunal, with a time allocation of 3 hours.
