[1]The complaint of direct sex discrimination numbered 12J in the case management order of EJ Salter of 30 September 2019 in which the Claimant alleges that , in August 2018 4 members of the respondents staff targeted the claimant and others and began playing pranks on mainly women is struck out because it has no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The Claimant’s remaining claims remain listed for hearing on 7-11 September 2020.
