[1]By a letter dated 25 September 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimants an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims should not be struck out because i. the claimants had not complied with the directions of the Tribunal dated 8 August 2024 and 6 September 2024; and ii. they have not been actively pursued.[2]The claimants have failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The above claims are therefore struck out.
