REASONS

[1]In the Case Management Orders dated 15 October 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to explain her non-attendance that day and to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out. “The Claimant shall, on or before 29 October 2024, write to the Tribunal and the Respondent providing an explanation for her non-attendance at the hearing today.”[2]The claimant has failed to give an explanation and has failed to make representations in writing as to why the claim should continue.[3]The hearing fixed for 30 April 202502 May 2025 will not take place.
