JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal does not succeed and is dismissed.[2]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract in relation to his claim for failure to pay his performance bonus succeeds. Damages are assessed at £750 gross.[3]All other claims for arrears of pay and failure to pay the correct redundancy payment do not succeed and are dismissed.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant costs of £390 (which amount to the issue and hearing fee for the bonus pay element of the claim).
