JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed by the Respondent.[2]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £400 for the loss of his statutory rights.[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the following compensatory awards:(a) £13,488 for his loss of earnings from 18 December 2020 to the date of hearing; and(b) £1,728.32 for his future loss of earnings.[4]The Recoupment Regulations apply to the compensatory award as follows:(a) Grand total: £15,616.32(b) Prescribed element: £3,751.20(c) Period of prescribed element: 18 December 2020 to 19 February 2021(d) Excess of grand total over prescribed element: £11,865.12 Case No: 1400583/2021
