JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Bristol Employment Tribunals on 10 February 2022. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with Rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The Respondent is in breach of contract in respect of notice and must pay damages to the claimant of £22,500.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £6,800.[4]The respondent must pay the claimant £29,300 in total.[5]The hearing listed on 18 November 2022 is cancelled.[1]Upon joint application, the Tribunal’s Judgment of 8 April 2022 is revoked.[2]The claim, having been withdrawn by the claimant, is dismissed under Rule 52 of the Rules contained in Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013.
