Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Bristol Employment Tribunals on the 2nd of February 2023. The respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The Claimant had suffered an unlawful deduction from their pay in respect of i. A failure to pay wages from June 2022 until December 2022;[3]The Clamant has been wrongfully dismissed and is entitled to notice pay.[4]The respondent will now pay the claimant the following: i. £111,186.77 gross for unpaid wages from June 2022 until December 2022, ii. Notice pay for 26 weeks of £ 38,460.00 net[5]All other claims are dismissed.
