Employment Judge Street DatesDate 26 June 2023

JUDGMENT

The complaint of discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 5 April 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaint of discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief should not be struck out because -  The claim in respect of discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief is not established by a tick in the box, in the absence of particulars  That claim has no reasonable prospect of success, the claimant having provided no grounds of her claim  The Claimant has not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 6 April 2022 in respect of either the claim in respect of discrimination on the grounds of religion and belief or the claim for other payments  The claims have not been actively pursued[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of discrimination on the grounds of religion or belief is therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim of unfair dismissal remains listed for hearing on 13-17 November 2023
