The claims were presented in the Bristol Employment Tribunal on 6 December 2025 (April Vonkalasson), and 18 December 2025 (Sarah Deft and Richard Deft). The amounts set out in the claim forms are not contested and are awarded as follows: 1400543/2026 April Vonkalasson The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £1,350. The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £2,700. The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,700. The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and must pay the claimant £2,160. The respondent must pay the claimant £8,910 in total. 1400544/2026 Sarah Deft The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £1,280. The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £3,200. The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £2,876. The respondent must pay the claimant £7,356 in total. 1400545/2026 Richard Deft The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £1,280. The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent must pay damages to the claimant of £2,400.
