Mr A Clayton v National Autistic Society: 1400537/2020
JUDGMENT
The Claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination are struck out. That is because they are made out of time. The Tribunal refused to extend time in each case. The claims are out of the jurisdiction of the Tribunal. In the judgment of the Tribunal, Mr Clayton was not a disabled person within section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 at the material times. This has been a remote hearing which has not been objected to by the parties. The form of remote hearing was audio (A). A face to face hearing was not held because it was not practicable and all issues could be decided in a remote hearing. Oral evidence was taken under affirmation. Employment Judge Street Dated: 14 December 2020 Judgment sent to parties: 12 January 2021 Judgment was given orally. Written reasons will not be provided unless they are asked for within 14 days of the sending of the written record and will be entered on the website if issued.
