JUDGMENT

(1) The Claimant’s complaint that there was an unlawful deduction from her wages was well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £20,187.50.(2) The Claimant succeeded in her claim of breach of contract. This was claimed in the alternative to the complaint of unlawful deduction from wages, which also succeeded. There is no additional award for breach of contract.(3) The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant an amended statement of Initial Employment Particulars, contrary to s.4 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. It was just and equitable to award the maximum of 4 weeks’ pay. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £2,032. . Case No: 1400537/2019
