REASONS

Recent correspondence sent out by the Tribunal on 10 June 2016 and 20 June 2016 has been returned by the Post Office marked "addressee unknown" and “addressee gone away". However, earlier correspondence including the notice of claim was not returned in this way and the Judge was satisfied with the service upon the respondent. In accordance with our letter dated 10 June 2016, the Judgment entered under Rule 21 is corrected to show the respondent as "Helen Cass trading as Flowers By Linda".
