JUDGMENT
[1]The claim presented on 14 February 2019 is rejected pursuant to rule 12(2) of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 as it did not contain an accurate early conciliation number as required by Rule 10 (1)(c).[2]The claimant’s request for reconsideration of the rejection of his claim is accepted pursuant to Rule 13(4) as the original defect was rectified. The date of the presentation the claim was 1 August 2019.[3]The claim was presented outside the time limit (allowing for any extension pursuant to the early conciliation provisions). It was reasonably practicable to have presented the claim within time and the Tribunal therefore has no jurisdiction to hear the claim. The claim is therefore dismissed.
