JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made an unauthorised deduction from wages bya. Not paying the Claimant the wages due to her in respect of October, November and December 2021 (the Claimant being paid monthly in arrears on or around the 15th of the following month); andb. Not paying the Claimant for annual leave accrued but not taken on termination of her employment.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the (gross) sum of £1,500.90, made up as follows:a. £285 in respect of October 2021;b. £638.87 in respect of November 2021;c. £294.40 in respect of December 2021; andd. £282.63 in respect of accrued but untaken annual leave (3.5 days accrued but untaken, at £80.75 per day).
