JUDGMENT
[1]The claims of harassment and direct discrimination are not well founded and are dismissed.[2]The claim that the claimant was constructively dismissed is not well founded, save in relation to the complaint that the respondent failed to produce the CCTV which is well founded.[3]The complaint of constructive dismissal relating to the failure to produce the CCTV was presented out of time. It was reasonably practicable for the claimant to have presented the complaint in time and the Tribunal therefore does not have jurisdiction to hear it. It is dismissed.
