JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s complaints of detriment under s. 47B of the Employment Rights Act, as identified within paragraphs 3.1.1, 3.1.3 and 3.1.6 of the List of Issues, have no reasonable prospects of success and are dismissed under rule 38 of the Employment Tribunals Procedure Rules 2024, the Reasons for which have been set out in the Case Summary of even date.[2]The remainder of the claim proceeds in accordance with the Order and Case Summary of even date.

REASONS

[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £500 following a preliminary hearing held on 3 June 2025. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 3 June 2025. The Claimant has failed, as ordered, to pay this deposit within twenty-one days of that date. The complaints of detriment on the grounds of protected disclosure and failure to make reasonable adjustments are therefore struck out under rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[2]The hearing fixed for 18 to 22 August 2025 will not take place.
