[1]Time is extended for the Claimant to file his claims in respect of notice pay and in respect of unpaid holiday pay.[2]The Claimants claim for holiday pay, notice pay and redundancy pay succeeds;[3]The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the total sum of £5287.52, which is comprised of the following amounts:a. Holiday pay of £ 1119.79b. Notice pay of £1119.76c.
