JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for accrued but untaken holiday was well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £4,307.68 gross.[2]The claim for the balance of notice pay was well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £10,258.90 net.[3]The Respondent did not comply with the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures. It was just and equitable to apply an uplift to the awards in respect of holiday and notice pay in the amount of 10%. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant an additional sum of £1,456.66.[4]The total amount the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant is £16,023.24 gross.
