Mrs D Harrison v HF Trust Ltd: 1400450/2023
JUDGMENT
[1]There is no reasonable prospect of the Claimant being found to have the required two years’ continuous service as an employee, as is required to be able to bring a claim for unfair dismissal.[2]There is no particularised claim that can be brought in the absence of the Claimant having accrued two or more years’ continuous service as an employee, and the Claimant has not sought to provide any details of any such claim having previously been given opportunity to do so by the Employment Tribunal.[3]Accordingly, the Claimant's claim is struck out as having no reasonable prospects of success.
