JUDGMENT

[1]Disability Discrimination by failure to make reasonable adjustments and[2]Harassment related to disability are struck out.

REASONS

[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £300 in respect of two of her complaints, that 1.1. The Respondent had failed to make reasonable adjustments and 1.2. That she had been harassed related to disability. following a preliminary hearing held on 29 March 2022 at 10.00am. The Order was sent to the claimant on the 6 April 2022.[2]The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit in respect of either complaint and the complaints that 2.1.1. The Respondent had failed to make reasonable adjustments and 2.1.2. That the claimant had been harassed related to disability Are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The Claimant’s remining complaints will proceed to be determined at the hearing fixed for 11th – 13th April 2023. Employment Judge Rayner Date: 12 May 2022_____________[1]All remaining claims are struck out under rules 37(1)(b) and (c) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 on the grounds that the Claimant has conducted the proceedings in an unreasonable manner and has repeatedly failed to comply with orders of the tribunal. The proceedings are accordingly dismissed.[2]The Respondent did not seek a preparation time order and the tribunal did not consider it appropriate to make one.
