Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 No response to this claim having been presented by the Respondent and on the information before the Employment Judge contained in the Claim Form and the Claimant’s email of 21 March 2020.[1]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the net sum of £1937.00.[2]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £3150.00 and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £3150.00.
