[1]The claimants’ claims for unpaid annual leave are not well-founded and are dismissed.[2]The claimants’ claims for redundancy pay pursuant to s.163 Employment Rights Act 1996 and notice pay pursuant to Article 3 of the Employment Tribunal (England and Wales) Extension of Jurisdiciton Order 1994 are well founded.[3]The respondent is Ordered to pay the claimant the sums detailed below:a. Redundancy Pay: i. Miss Daubney (12 x £142) £1704.00 ii. Mrs Savage (5 x 1.5 x £114) £855.00b. Notice Pay: i. Miss Daubney £1420.00 (12 weeks @ £142, less two weeks paid) ii.
