[1]The Respondent wrongfully dismissed the Claimant.[2]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a written statement of her particulars of employment.[3]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,298.81, composed of:(1) £207.81 for wrongful dismissal;(2) £831.24 for failure to provide the Claimant with a written statement of her particulars of employment; and(3) £259.76 to uplift the above sums to take into account failure to comply with the relevant ACAS Code of Practice. 1 of 2 Case No: 1400398/2023
