JUDGMENT
[1]The First Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1,125.00.[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the First Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,250.00.[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment from the First Respondent of £3,179.00.[4]The First Respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £375.00.[5]The claims against the Second and Third Respondent are dismissed upon withdrawal.[6]The hearing listed on 18 May 2018 is cancelled.
