Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is dismissed, upon withdrawal.[2]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages, in the sum of £191.60.[3]The Respondent failed to pay 3 weeks’ pay in lieu of notice to the Claimant, in the sum of £1157.51.[4]The Respondent failed to pay the Claimant a statutory redundancy payment of £1434.32.[5]Accordingly, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the total sum of £2783.43.[6]The hearing listed on 10 & 11 December 2019 has now been vacated.
