[1]By a letter dated 30 January 2018 the Tribunal gave the Claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaints of unfair dismissal and entitlement to redundancy payment should not be struck out because the Claimant has insufficient continuous service with the Respondent to bring such claims.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. Those complaints are therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim(s) remains listed for hearing on 11 May 2018.
