[1]The Claimant’s claims for unpaid wages, accrued but untaken holiday pay, and for a notice period are well-founded.[2]The Respondent must pay to the Claimant unpaid wages (net of tax and national insurance) in the sum of £972.62; accrued but untaken holiday pay (net) in the sum of £206.02 and notice pay (net) in the sum of £442.08.[3]The Respondent is liable for any tax and national insurance on those sums in addition to the net sums listed above.[4]The total the Respondent must pay to the Claimant within 14 days is £1,620.72
