The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By letter dated 14 April 2021, the Claimant was ordered to provide information about his disability by 12 May 2021. The Respondent informed the Tribunal that the Claimant had not complied.[2]On 9 June 2021 the Claimant was ordered comply with the order by return. The Claimant did not reply.[3]On 23 June 2021, the Claimant was reminded by the Tribunal to comply with the order and ordered to reply by 30 June 2021. The Claimant did not reply.[4]By a letter dated 15 July 2021, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing by 19 July 2021, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: it has not been actively pursued.[5]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[6]The hearing fixed for 06 August 2021 will not take place.
