JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claims of unpaid wages and breach of contract as they were not filed in time and it was reasonably practicable for them to have been filed within time.[2]If the Tribunal had jurisdiction to hear the claims of unpaid wages and breach of contract both claims would have been dismissed as the claimant was a self employed sub contractor not an employee.[3]There will be one day costs application on 17th December 2019 at 10am. Parties to attend by 0930.
