JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims of discrimination arising from disability, victimisation and unfair dismissal are dismissed;[2]The Claimant’s complaint of breach of contract relating to notice succeeds and he is awarded the agreed sum of £2,758.15 in compensation;[3]The Claimant is further awarded costs in accordance with rule 76 (4) of the Employment Tribunal (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 in the sum of £390, representing the fees paid by him in respect of the complaint in which he has been successful, in accordance with the Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunal Fees Order 2013.
