[1]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract in relation to notice has been satisfied by payment having been made by the respondent to the claimant in an agreed amount.[2]The claimant’s other claims for breach of contract did not succeed and are dismissed[3]The claimant’s claim for failure to provide a written statement of terms of employment did not succeed in the light of the fact that the claimant had only been employed for one month.[4]The claimant’s claim for loss of statutory rights did not succeed as there was no claim for unfair dismissal and no statutory rights had been acquired.
