JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant;a. a basic award of £2280 andb. a compensatory award of £1021.01.[2]The respondent was in breach of contract and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £468.31.[3]Pursuant to section 38 Employment Act 2002 the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £760 being equivalent to 2 weeks wages.[4]The claim of discrimination is dismissed.
