Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claim was issued in the Southampton Employment Tribunals on 25th February 2022. The respondents have failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim in accordance with rule 21 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The respondents have made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay the claimant £2373.25 gross. REASONS

The Claimant contracted with the Third Respondent over the relevant period. He did not contract with the First and Second Respondents. He is owed £1,855 by the Third Respondent. The Third Respondent was dissolved on 27 December 2022.
