Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the wages of the Claimant representing arrears and is directed to pay the Claimant £8,261.69.[2]The Respondent failed to make a payment to the Claimant representing holiday accrued and untaken and is directed to pay the Claimant £960.[3]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with a statement of principal terms of employment and is directed to pay the Claimant £958.[4]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant in the sum of £160 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.[5]The hearing listed on 7 April 2017 is cancelled.
