[1]By a letter dated 19 September 2025 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because: i. The claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 16 July 2025 and 20 August 2025. ii. The claim has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant was invited to write to the tribunal by 26 September 2025 giving any reasons why she objected to the strike out proposal or to request a hearing at which objections could be heard.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing or to request a hearing at which the application ca be considered.
