JUDGMENT

[1]The claim against the first Respondent, Tastic Range Ltd, is dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.[2]The second Respondent, Full Circle Café Hub Refill Ltd, has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages under Part II of the Employment Rights Act 1996. The Tribunal orders the second Respondent to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £519.29 (which shall be subject to appropriate deductions for tax and national insurance) in respect of that claim, comprising:a. £384.60 (gross) for four days’ wages;b. £38.54 (gross) for statutory sick pay;c. £96.15 (gross) for one day’s holiday pay.[3]The second Respondent has also breached the Claimant’s contract by failing to reimburse her for expenses she has incurred, contrary to the Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994 SI 1994/1623. The Tribunal orders the second Respondent to pay the Claimant the net sum of £396.11 as damages for breach of contract. Case No: 1400163/2022 1400235/2022
