The complaint of Unfair Dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 27 January 2020 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the complaint of Unfair Dismissal should not be struck out because they were employed for less than two years by the Respondent.[2]The Claimant responded by email dated 03 February 2020 however discrimination is not an exception to the two-year rule for bringing a unfair dismissal claim.[3]This Judgment does not prevent the Claimant from alleging that dismissal was a discriminatory act.
