Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 Further to the Respondent having submitted its response out of time, it having been received by the Employment Tribunal on 20 February 2020; and further to no application for an extension of time having been made by the Respondent; and further to no response having been received by the Employment Tribunal to the Tribunal’s letter dated 26 February 2020, the following judgment is made:[1]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £11580.45 in respect of Redundancy payment.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £866.84 in respect of pensions contributions.
