The judgment of the tribunal is that; i) The claimant was an employee of the respondent within the meaning of s230 Employment Rights Act 1996 from 4th November 2010 until 31st October 2022. The claimant’s claims as set out below are well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sums set out below: :- a) Redundancy Pay - £7411.86 b) Notice Pay - £4941.24 c) Unpaid Pension - £4091.68 ---1--- Case No: 1400125/2023 d) Accrued but unpaid holiday pay - £4832.12 e) Accrued but unpaid salary - £10,799.25 Total - £27,244.03
