[1]Under the Education (Modification of Enactments Relating to Employment) (England) Order 2003 the correct respondent to these proceedings is the Governing Body of Four Lanes Community Junior School and the record is amended; and[2]The second named respondent Hampshire County Council is now dismissed from these proceedings; and[3]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract is hereby dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant. This does not affect the claimant’s remaining claims as explained in the attached Case Management Summary of today’s date.
