JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded and the respondent shall pay to the claimant the total sum of £703.00, in respect of 67 hours of work at £9 per hour, and four night allowance payments at £25 per night. This is a gross amount and the respondent shall be responsible for any income tax and employee’s national insurance relating to it.[2]The Hearing fixed for 11 May 2018 this case is now cancelled.
