[1]The Claimant’s breach of contract claim for notice pay is dismissed.[2]The Respondent’s contract claim is dismissed.[3]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s pay in the sum of £115.60 gross and the Respondent is ordered to pay such sum to the Claimant.[4]The Claimant is also awarded £1,200 (4 weeks’ x £300 gross weekly pay) pursuant to Section 38 of the Employment Act 2002 and the Respondent is ordered to pay such sum to the Claimant. Case numbers 1400081/2018[5]The total award awarded to the Claimant is therefore £1,315.60 (£115.60 and £1,200).
