JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages, of full pay, for the months of August, September, October and November 2019 and failed to pay arrears of accrued, but untaken holiday entitlement, of seven days.[2]Accordingly, the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £14,000 in respect of wages and £895.38 in respect of holiday (the amount of a month’s wages and the calculation of holiday entitlement being agreed between the parties), in the total sum of £14,895.38.
