The Response is therefore struck out.[3]The Claimant succeeds in her claim for unlawful deduction from wages and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £575.66.[4]The Claimant succeeds in her claim for breach of contract and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £44.80.[5]The Claimant succeeds in her claim for discrimination on the ground of her age, and the Respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation in the sum of £4,822.60, which includes £800.00 in respect of injury to feelings.
