[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £350 for each of her claims of Equal pay (lie work and work of equal value) following a preliminary hearing held on 19 November 2019. The Order was sent to the claimant on 2 December 2019. The claimant has failed to pay the deposit. The complaints of Equal Pay (like work and equal value) are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.
