JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s application for an additional statutory redundancy payment is successful in part and the Respondent shall pay £3,161.45 to the Claimant in respect of that Claim within 14 days of this Judgment.[2]It is declared that the Respondent did make an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £61.30 in respect of that unlawful deduction within 14 days of this Judgment.[3]The Claim of wrongful dismissal (notice pay / PILON) is not well-founded and is dismissed.[4]The total sum payable by the Respondent to the Claimant within 14 days of this Judgment is £3,222.75.
