It is the Judgment of the Employment Tribunal that:[1]By consent the name of the respondent be changed to Coventry College as this is the correct name of the respondent.[2]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed.[3]The claimant’s claim for wrongful dismissal fails and is dismissed.[4]The claimant’s claim for unpaid wages/unlawful deduction from wages succeeds. The claimant is owed one day’s accrued but unpaid holiday pay. The respondent is ordered to pay £92.15. The parties agreed that this is the net sum that is owed to the claimant for the unpaid holiday pay.
